My summer hols on the Mediterranean

Passport didn't get here till the 1st Tuesday of my hols so had to scramble to book a holiday.....and was a last minute holiday ever worth it. A week on the Med in a 5 Star Resort and all inclusive. Gert Lush time it was!

Countdown to Ireland

My life long dream will come true next week. I'm off to Ireland to celebrate St. Patty's Day with the Irish. Should be a Irish Eyes Are Smilin' time. Kissin' the Blarney Stone and drinking Guiness. I'll have a look round for a leprechaun as well.

Seems like yesterday...but reckon I've been negligent on posting! Doh.

Dear Diary...Sorry I've been neglectful of your needs, but I'm here now so please forgive me. Let me see, what pix to post? So much has happened since my last visit I'll try and not do it randomly. My buddy Wuddle never seems to forget to update, maybe I should appoint him as my Secretary and have him sort me out.

So now you know, I've gotten another year older....39 for the 17th time now :)

UK Summer...Don't miss the SNOW

Another fort night has gone by, and the weather just keeps on smiling! We've had a bonfire / barbeque every fortnight since New Years, but this time we just had an Easter Barbeque. Last weekend we took our new 3 bedroom tent to the Downs for a pre camping set-up. All in all, it's just been great weather...ya think I really miss the snow back home? NOPE.

Happy Spring...My Tuesday Files...March 20

It's the 1st day of Spring or so I've been told, although this Saturday is the beginning of Summer in the UK ( go figure). Our daffodils bloomed just in time for St. Davids Day, a Wales' Patron Saint, and the day is signified by wearing a daffodil.

Dear Diary...as promised, here's a few pics of my life in the UK. Beginning at the top...my Stag Night and my mates dressed me as a punk rocker, the next 3 pics of my new drinking mates at Wales v. Canada rugby match @ Millenium Stadium in Cardiff and last, but by no means least a picture of Mr. & Mrs. RockinUKRon in an English Country Garden on our wedding day, October 14th, 2006.

So sorry, Dear Diary

So sorry dear Diary. I've been negligent as to adding thoughts and happenings in my life, but it's all for a good reason.

Firstly, with my nuptuals in October and all the paperwork to get my new visa, my nights out @ Skittles, having back yard Bonfires / Bar B Ques with all my new friends, neighbours and in-laws, the odd football and rugby match, as well as the nightly soaps (Emmerdale, Coronation Street and East Enders) well you can see I've been a busy l'il beaver!

I'll try and give you a few snap shots of my last 6 months....well except the one of the Bristol Rovers match, which I already sent you.
